Terms of Agreement

As a Retailer Account Holder with LeraPharm, Inc. you agree to purchase LeraPharm products for resale to end users and will not supply LeraPharm products to distributors on resellers. You agree to pay wholesale list pricing, taking advantage of any special sales incentives that may be offered from time to time by LeraPharm, Inc., plus shipping charges as applicable.

Additional Ordering Options - by fax to 407-582-9433, or by phone to 800-416-8001 (Monday thru Friday, 7AM to 6PM EST). All orders require credit card payment at time of ordering - all payments in US funds. Your credit card statement will show your purchase from LeraPharm, Inc.

LeraPharm, Inc. will provide you with a Retailer Account Number that will be used with all ordering options. Click here and sign in as a new user to set up your user name and password.

NO INTERNET SALES - RETAILER ACCOUNT HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES AND UNEQUIVOCALLY AGREES THAT IT SHALL NOT RESELL, SELL, MAKE ANY REFERENCE TO PRICES/PRICING, OR DISTRIBUTE ANY LERAPHARM PRODUCTS USING THE INTERNET, ANY INTERNET SITE, SOCIAL NETWORKING, OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC MEDIUM OR DEVICE, NOT SPECIFICALLY APPROVED BY LERAPHARM IN A SEPARATE WRITING. RETAILER ACCOUNT HOLDER MAY REFER TO LERAPHARM PRODUCTS ON ITS OWN INTERNET SITE AND MAY INCLUDE A LINK TO WWW.SOULERA.ORG. SUCH REFERENCES AND LINKS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO LERAPHARM'S PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL.

Orders are shipped 'ground' unless requested otherwise. Allow one week for delivery of most orders. Backorders will be shipped as soon as product is available. Shipping damages or shortages must be reported within 7 days from receipt. Please contact Customer Service at 800-416-8001. Report visible damage immediately to the carrier. Retain all packaging until damage claim is resolved. A Return Authorization must be obtained from Customer Service prior to returning any item. Returned merchandise must be complete, unaltered and in original packaging.

  By checking off this box, you agree to the terms hereof, Retailer agrees (1) not to make any statements, claims, respresentations, or warranties regarding Soulēra™ stress relief formula unless such statements, claims, representations, or warranties are in official promotional materials produced and distributed by LeraPharm, Inc.; (2) to only utilize sales material produced and marketed by LeraPharm Inc. and bearing its copyright designation; and (3) to indemnify and hold LeraPharm, Inc., its shareholders, its officers, directors and employees harmless from and against any claim, demand, liability, loss, action, causes of action, costs, or expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of, in connection with, or related to, Retailer's negligent or intentional representations, acts, operations or omissions regarding Soulēra™ stress relief formula or LeraPharm, Inc.
